Executive Transportation is the preeminent online provider of shuttle bus and van services for passengers within the Cincinnati metropolitan area and the surrounding region.

We offer our services to educational affiliated organizations, corporate, and private clients as the most cost efficient means of transportation for their outings.

Our vehicles range in size from 14 to 32 passengers. Choose from 4, 6, 8 hours and our daily rate up to 12 hours.

This option is for outings with intermittent stops or stop between pickup and return. Example: hotel to lunch to hotel

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, at the management’s discretion.

The following are point-to-point round-trip fixed rates for services within a 75-mile radius of the city center of metropolitan Cincinnati.

Beyond 150 miles, any additional service mileage will be calculated at a rate of $2.75 per mile.

THESE RATES NOR SERVICE AVAILABILITY WILL APPLY DURING THE KENTUCKY DERBY FESTIVAL PERIOD EACH YEAR. PLEASE CONTACT MANAGEMENT FOR THOSE EFFECTIVE DATES.
